Tender Hearts
Are you kind to the insignificant?
Do you love those all around?
Are you nervous or hesitant?
Are you afraid to voice a sound?
How do you treat all creatures both great and small?
Do you show God’s love and mercy?
Did you know He loves them all?
Not just people but every critter you see.
You can tell a lot by the treatment of the innocent.
Is someone cruel or are they kind?
Are they one that clearly God sent?
Do they have a gentle mind?
When one is full of God’s grace,
They treat all those around as a dove,
Even creatures small receive a taste,
Of heaven at the heands of love.
After all, Jesus is The Shepherd,
That cares deeply for His sheep.
His voice is ever tenderly heard,
As He leads them to His keep.
