Holy Spirit Come
Holy Spirit come today,
In my heart to forever stay.
Your presence like a spark forever lit,
Which lights a fire inside of it.
The warmth of Your love fills my soul.
Like a candle lit upon a knoll,
You draw me to your side.
In your embrace I’ll forever hide.
You mold me into what I can be.
Every gentle and full of mercy.
The dross you burn slowly away
Pure gold you reveal each day.
Never leave me or let my heart fall cold.
Your love will never grow old.
Forever lead me in Your light.
Fight for me with Your might.
I want to be with You through eternity.
Help light my path to fully see.
Thank you for your acceptance and healing.
Forever let Your praise ring.
